Acupuncture is an affordable treatment whose only side effect is to help you recover from health challenges, feel and perform better and fulfil your health potential.  I love to help people tap into their body’s natural ability to heal and perform optimally.

I use Five-Element Acupuncture and a variety of Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques to provide gentle and holistic treatment of acute and chronic health issues.  I provide treatments that alleviate pain, reduce stress, improve digestion, sleep and energy, and reduce anxiety, depression and PTSD.
